Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, stickers intact, and in its complete original packaging including all tissue paper and any materials used to maintain the product's shape. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.
You are allowed to open and inspect the product to assess its nature, characteristics, and function. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any diminished value.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. All products are inspected before shipping.
Exceptions
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Sale items follow the same return rules as regular items, unless otherwise stated and permitted by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

International orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union, return rights may vary depending on local consumer laws. Any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
