Shipping Policy

When an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided at checkout.

We deliver within Albania, Canada, the European Union, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United States of America (USA).

We work with several shipping companies. Available shipping options and shipping costs are shown during the checkout process.

Orders are processed and handed to a carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated as follows:

• Sweden: 3 to 5 working days from shipment
• Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 working days from shipment
• Outside Europe: 7 to 20 working days from shipment

Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or due to customs handling. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

All prices on our website include value added tax (VAT). For orders shipped to Norway, VAT is included in the order total, however customs duties and handling fees may apply and are paid by the customer upon import.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (excluding Norway), VAT, customs duties, and any handling fees are not included in the order total and are paid by the customer upon import.

Local taxes and import fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
